The management of the Randfontein Community Website (a site operated by Jim Renwick), also reserves the right to remove members for any breach or perceived breach of these terms and conditions.

SYSTEM INTEGRITY

The Randfontein Community Website will make the best possible efforts to ensure the highest possible availability of the Randfontein Community Website and services offered. The Randfontein Community Website takes no responsibility for any lack of system availability, or any losses that are incurred as a result of site availability or performance.
